• Ready-to-Wear Collections: For all bundles, closures, and frontals, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.

• Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 2–3 business days via our premium carriers (USPS/FedEx/UPS).

Customized Luxe Units To ensure the highest quality and attention to detail, all customized orders—including bleached knots, plucked hairlines, or custom-styled units—require additional preparation time.

• Processing Time: Please allow an average of 5–7 business days for your unit to be meticulously crafted and prepared for shipment.

• We will provide you with a tracking number the moment your custom piece is ready to head your way.

• Business Days: Our processing and shipping windows refer to business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.
